We are Oaxaca Streetchildren Grassroots and our purpose is to provide children living in extreme poverty with an education. 

At our center we provide nutritious meals, medical care, and all support necessary for more than 600 of Oaxaca's poorest children as as they enter and attend public school. 

Since 1996 we have had extraordinary success assisting children until they graduate from high school and in some cases university, giving them the means to support themselves and their families as well as participate fully in Mexican society. A number of professions are represented by those who have completed our program including nursing, medicine, teaching and engineering.
